Social Media Campaign

During my time at VaynerMedia, I worked on several major accounts, including Spotify, where no two days ever looked the same. One of the most unforgettable moments happened in November 2014, when Taylor Swift officially pulled her music from Spotify and instantly broke the internet.

As part of the Spotify creative team, everything changed overnight. Scheduled posts were stopped, plans were scrapped, and we shifted into rapid response mode. My role focused on creative planning and execution, designing new social assets that helped guide the conversation, reassure users, and keep Spotify’s voice consistent during a moment everyone was watching.

While my title was designer, this experience felt like a crash course in project management. I watched risks surface in real time, priorities reshuffle within hours, and teams collaborate under intense pressure to adjust scope, timelines, and messaging. It was fast, chaotic, and incredibly energizing. Moments like this shaped how I learned to stay flexible, communicate clearly, and deliver work even when the plan changes completely.
