Women’s Conference
The Even Here Women’s Conference was a milestone project in my career and the first large-scale event where I had full ownership of both the budget and creative direction. From initial planning through conference day, I led the project end to end, managing timelines, vendors, production, and approvals while designing and delivering all creative and marketing assets.
This project brought together strategy and creativity in a way that felt both challenging and rewarding. I oversaw everything from merchandise and print production to digital marketing, video, and on-site visuals, ensuring each element stayed on brand and within budget. Having full control allowed me to build efficient processes, make data-informed decisions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors.
Beyond the deliverables, this conference stands out as one of the most fun and fulfilling projects I’ve worked on. It combined meaningful storytelling, thoughtful design, and hands-on project management to create an experience that resonated with attendees and brought the vision of the conference to life.
