Instructional Design

While working at Eastlake High School, I wore multiple hats, one of them being Instructional Designer for district-mandated teacher training. I led the planning, design, and creation of professional learning experiences that supported district initiatives, system rollouts, and instructional expectations. From concept to delivery, I designed engaging, practical trainings that helped teachers understand, adopt, and apply new tools and processes with confidence.

Client: Mastering T-TESS Evaluation & SLO Goal-Setting for Eastlake High Teachers

Overview: This storyline equips teachers with a clear understanding of the T-TESS evaluation process and the role Student Learning Objectives (SLOs) play in their overall evaluation. Participants will explore how the T-TESS framework is implemented during the academic year and how instructional practices, data, and evidence align with evaluation expectations. Using the T-TESS rubric, prior evaluation feedback, student data, and Eduphoria, teachers will develop a focused professional growth goal and a measurable SLO that supports student achievement and instructional improvement.
