Cross Equals Love
The Cross Equals Love campaign was a large-scale, community-driven initiative in El Paso focused on delivering a unifying message of faith, inclusion, and love through strategic visual communication. I led the creative direction and project management of the campaign from concept through execution, overseeing all design, production, and rollout efforts across print, digital, apparel, and outdoor media.
My responsibilities included designing and producing campaign assets such as flyers, social media graphics, church signage, t-shirts, baptism merchandise, program booklets, TV slides, promotional video content, and billboard artwork. I managed vendor sourcing and print production, negotiated pricing, prepared print-ready files, coordinated timelines, and handled invoicing to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.
In addition to creative execution, I planned and tracked campaign milestones, aligned stakeholders, and coordinated cross-functional teams to support a multi-month launch spanning multiple channels. The campaign successfully unified messaging across physical spaces and digital platforms, reinforcing brand consistency while reaching a broad and diverse audience throughout the city.
This project highlights my ability to bridge creative strategy, operational planning, and community-focused storytelling, delivering impactful campaigns through structured project management and thoughtful design leadership.
